# Bring your own agent

> Run an agent you build or buy in Plain: on customer threads, or next to Sidekick.

Bring an agent you build or buy into Plain as a support agent, an internal agent, or both.

They use the same GraphQL API as Ari and Sidekick. Nothing in the app is reserved for our agents.
