Support agent

Assigned to customer threads. Replies, updates status, hands off when it cannot help.

Internal agent

Helps users from Ask Sidekick, available throughout Plain.

They use the same GraphQL API as Ari and Sidekick. Nothing in the app is reserved for our agents.

If you’d rather not build one, third-party agents already integrate with Plain.
